JCTE Arts Foundation brings theatre, storytelling, and creative expression into schools and communities across
the Bronx, Westchester, and beyond. We use the arts to develop confident communicators, creative thinkers,
collaborative leaders, and lifelong learners. When a school partners with us, they are investing in student
growth, not just a musical.
Our Vision
JCTE Arts Foundation Inc is dedicated to inspiring children in NYC through drama programs, fostering self-expression and creativity. Under the guidance of Jay Carter, an actor, an educator, and a master’s degree holder in special education, our focus is on innovative methods that engage children in a supportive and dynamic environment.We use the arts to develop confident communicators, creative thinkers,collaborative leaders, and lifelong learners.

JC Theatre Experience partners with schools to provide high-quality theatre education that nurtures creativity, confidence, and collaboration.
